Avocados two ways


We love avocados and I'm always looking for new ways to eat them.  Here's what I came up with.

Avocado with balsamic vinegar

Half of an avocado sliced
Balsamic vinegar
kosher salt
pepper

Drizzle on the balsamic sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Avocado with Blue Cheese dressing

Half of an avocado sliced
3 Tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
3 Tablespoons low fat buttermilk
Pepper

Combine the blue cheese and buttermilk.  Mash the ingredients together.  Add pepper.  Drizzle over avocado.
