Summer Vacation Day 3

Another new haircut...what a handsome fella!

Day 2 of the 2 day cleanse...not so much.
A new hammock, from his Mom and Dad.  I know where to find him this summer.

P.S.
As far as the cleanse goes it was a little too much for me now.  I think it would be good though after the holidays or if you eat a lot of rich food.  I would be willing to try it again after the holidays.

Rose Garden

Hope and Peace rose, 2012 rose garden.

Mr. Young enjoys tending our rose garden.  Even though they are considered "my" roses I only occasionally give them a drink.  He takes care of his girls.  I got these three varieties this year for Mother's day.  They probably won't bloom until next year.

This is the one I got last year.  I can't remember her name, but isn't she GORGEOUS!!  This rose also has the most amazing fragrance.

Red his favorite.

Shrub rose, not sure of the variety.

Have a great weekend!

Life giving

There has come a point in my husband's life that it all has become too much.  Too much stress, too much anxiety, too much pressure.  Too much of everyone wanting something from him.

Too much!
Too much!
Too much!

Someone gave him some good advice and told him he needed to restore balance to his life.  One way of doing this is by focusing on life giving activities not life draining.

Apparently sitting outside in your "office" is a life giving activity. This man still makes me laugh.
