I'm trying to include more salmon in our diet.

Lots and lots of homework this time of year!

Leftover brown rice made the fried rice the next day.

Chocolate cake with whipped cream between the layers and Mrs. Millman's chocolate frosting.

Brian went to the Farmer's market.  This is what he came back with...yum.

My buttermilk pancake recipe made with half wheat flour and half white.

Helene's roast poulet with currants.  My absolute favorite way to have roast chicken.  The recipe comes from the Mitford recipe book.  Always made by Mr. Young.

We had the swim team over for dinner.  Ian snuck into the photo.

Ina Garten's outrageous brownies.  These were really good and made a lot!  The girls loved them. I omitted the nuts.

Happy birthday Katie!  She requested shrimp with pasta and chocolate pudding tart.

Some scary guy from Star Wars.

Katie took Ian around the block and then came back to help me pass out candy.  Then Brian and Ian went all over the neighborhood.  I think we have enough candy to last us a very, very long time!
