Tyler turns 13

This past weekend my family got together to celebrate my nephew's birthday/sending my Dad off to India.

Susie was in charge of dessert, but ended up not coming because she was sick.  So Liza ended up searching for a white cake with white frosting because that it Tyler's fav.  The kids loved it "it tastes like a donut."

Our Mom is the most amazing Indian cook!  My sister's and I have tried to replicate her recipes with no luck!  She needs to give us lessons or something.

Don't get me started on her chai...it's pretty much out of this world!  Next week I hope to give you all her recipe.
Yeah it's Friday!!
The"Queen" is coming over this weekend with her royal subjects for a sleepover.  We are also hoping to spend some time with my Mom,now that my Dad is gone.
