Spicy Edamame



Quick. Easy. Healthy.
I like to serve this as a side dish, but I think it would be great as a snack or appetizer.

Spicy Endamame

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 14 oz. bag of frozen Edamame

Steam the edamame for 4-5 minutes.  While the edamame is steaming.  Mix together the spices in a large bowl.  Place the steamed edamame in the bowl with the spices.  Toss and serve. Enjoy!
