Cherry Jam from A Good Appetite

We finished up our first bit of canning on Monday. It was a job...but so fun, and so worth it. Mr. Young helped with the processing and the children helped make the cherry jam. The "pop" sound is so satisfying. There are so many other recipes we would like to try, but we ran out of small jars now. I guess we will just have to go buy some more.
